Bob Binstock was born and raised in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. He attended college at the University of Pittsburgh and subsequently earned his law degree from South Texas College of Law. He began his law career in 1981 working at a Plaintiff's personal injury law firm in Houston. In 1985 Bob founded the Law Firm of Reich and Binstock LLP with his partner Dennis Reich. Since that time Bob has been active in representing hundreds of wronged Plaintiffs in mass and class action lawsuits involving defective drugs, toxic exposure, flood litigation and products liability.

Faculty member for continuing legal education courses covering topics involving medical negligence, evidence, voir dire and personal injury trial law sponsored by the National Business Institute and Stromar Education Services, Inc.

Community Involvement:
Co-Founder and current Board Member, River Performing and Visual Arts Center, a non-profit organization that provides art enrichment courses, summer camp and outreach programs for children with disabilities.
